REDWORD for Human Rights & Freedom of Expression is a non-profit human rights organization dedicated to promoting freedom of expression, defending press and media freedoms, and combating fake news, misinformantion, disinformation, hate speech and incitement to violence., we strive to make a positive impact on society by upholding fundamental human rights.
Founded in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in 2024.
We defend press freedom, and combat fake news, misinformation, disinformation and hate speech.

We envision a world where everyone can freely express their ideas, beliefs, and opinions without fear of repression, persecution, or social exclusion. We want every person to have the right to express themselves and declare their identity and views in the way that best represents them. We envision a world where freedom of speech, especially for journalism and other mass media including social media is guided by ethical considerations, free from threats by security agencies, corporate influence, or political repression. We aspire to a society free from hate speech and violence, where all individuals, including minorities and vulnerable groups, can fully enjoy their rights.

This effort builds upon the work of previous generations, continuing what they began, while also creating new pathways and innovative methods to support freedom of expression in ways that align with contemporary needs and developments.
